This worker approaches me and tells me that that's not how that works, ignoring the fact that it IS how it works and that I have done this countless times when the scanner isn't working, and proceeds to cancel my transaction despite having already typed out the code correctly. She forces me to scan again and then takes my phone to scan the QR code herself which leads to an error. She stupidly asks if I'm in the wrong place despite the QR code clearly saying USPS label at the top 🙄 I proceeded to then type in the code AGAIN which, to no one's surprise worked. Worker continues being rude when I drop my package off at the counter since it's too big to fit in the slot. If my package goes missing, I know who I'm blaming. This woman needs to get off her high horse. She clearly has a power trip belittling customers, yet she doesn't even know some basic functions. The one star I'm awarding this place is for the OTHER workers who are actually cordial and helpful. This post office would be a lot more welcoming if it were just them working.
