Got out of line, made a phone call, to get the correct info. Came back to the line. Had different "human". She told me the zip codes were coming up different. I got back out, called the place-had trouble reaching someone, but got the corrected zip code, address. While in line I was trying to re-seal the new priority envelope--which folded over the label--messed up the address while I'm in line. The "human" says: "I don't know if you've ever been in my line but I'm not going to let you write on that envelope your information. You had all that time over there to make that correction. You need to get out, make the correction and come back in cause I'm not letting you take up time" Yeah they did. "Human" said that. I left the line aright--I walked out, went to Signal Hill and those ladies were very nice an pleasant. Wonderful. Not their first go at it as weeks ago I saw them snap at a couple who was not "properly" in line in an empty room. I could not wait to get home to write this. Will never ever set foot in that place again. I'm stupid if I do!
