  The representative on the phone was not helpful. I am not finished asking about scanning and converting to PDF files. He seems to be in a hurry, llittle did he know, I have no idea how files are scanned to PDF since I am new to this country and I am not that knowledgeable of some services.

  Wish I could give this zero starts, I had one single amazon return, there was one person purchasing, cool, then 5 people joined that line and im still waiting the cashier completed all those purchases first although I was there long before those people, when he finally got to me I asked if that line was priority he said yes, by far the worst customer I have ever experienced. Do better

  What a wonderful surprise! It was a rough day - I was dealing with a family tragedy and it was necessary to send some important documents via pdf. I’m technically challenged on a good day and today my brain was fried. I was tired and so happy to find Staples Carson was open. I walked up to the printing desk and asked this employee for her help. Mariah was so kind and helpful. Instead of pointing me towards the copy machines, she walked me over and helped me send my documents. She proofed my e-mail address and sweetly pointed out that I had entered it incorrectly. I had given up on expecting professionalism and excellent customer service. My faith is renewed! Thank you Mariah!

  Man, I am so unhappy. Came here to make business cards and I spoke with the blonde lady at the printing area. I asked how does the process work, she told me to grab a business card, send my file and follow directions on it. I did I sent the file, they gave me a code, I walked up to printer and spent $40 printing. Well it didn’t print business cards. I went to her and she said all business cards are printed through her, not the self printer. Why didn’t you tell me that before when I asked about the process? Instead of telling me to just grab a business card. Her lack of communication made me lose out on $40. Then she wants to help me print the cards correctly!? No thank you, not going to waste $100 because of your poor communication skills to begin with. Do better, when customers need help, help them and come up and speak with them.
