  I haven’t been to FedEx Office in YEARS, and I’m so glad I stopped in today! As soon as I walked in, the manager, Kasi, greeted me and helped me with my order right away. I was running an errand for my husband’s business, and she instantly knew exactly what I needed. I had been trying to fix a gift voucher at home through Adobe, but I had no idea what I was doing and finally gave up—so off to FedEx I went, lol. Kasi answered all my questions, made the process effortless, and provided truly amazing customer service. She showed me how to cut the vouchers with the self-service machine, which she ended up fixing that too for me (I noticed that when I got home🤭) Highly recommend this location, and especially Kasi, for anyone needing help with printing or design! **She made my 2 hrs of trying to figure it out at home, a lesson learned. I was in/out in less than 30 min!! Thank you Kasi

  The first experience with FedEx the worst one, I sent iphone 17 to other country with FedEx, I paid 205$ for all services and would arrive in 10 days, after 14 days FedEx request more 50$,for international service -i paid- , after 2 days FedEx request 220$ for local taxes- i paid- , after 4 days FedEx request 510$ a other local taxes- i paid- , after 10 days FedEx request 650$ for another local taxes ..whaaaaat this...and I told them just bring me the phone back and my money back , they said no we can't So I can't get my phone and I can't get my money, so i think FedEx scammed me

  It's the hardest location to find. It's behind a JustTires but the entrance is thru an alley behind the business with no indication where to go! At least put a sign entrance

  I so HATE this location but its the closest place to ship through when a shipment needs to got ASAP. They purposely find a reason to charge you something. Even if i have non fragile material packed tight they still try and repack it for a fee saying its shaky. They ladies usually are cool but the Men ars usually a-holes except one of the Mexican guys that seems to be the supervisor or Manager. I never recommend this spot, if you can get to Long Beach they are way better with no hassle and no random fees. I took the same packages to the Long Beach location and it shipped fine. Come to find out these business are not fully owned by Fed EX.
