They elected to not deliver it and instead rescheduled on their own free will with this message. “Your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification on September 6, 2025 at 12:28 pm in CARPINTERIA, CA 93013 because of an incomplete address. Your item will go out for delivery on the next delivery day if the address can be verified.” I have confirmed there is nothing wrong with my address and checked on Amazon that the address is correct. USPS customer service center was unable to do anything except file complaint.

Even though it took less than a minute to write, the woman decided to help the next person in line then went to the back while completely ignoring us. Extremely Rude and unhelpful. Not wearing a name tag but when I find out I’m filing an official complaint. Didn’t even get a thank you after we paid.
