Go to Post Office to pick up package and clerk at counter says it's on truck out for delivery. Drive and find Mail Truck in my neighborhood and driver doesn't have package because it's at Post Office so I go back to Post Office and explain to different clerk and he says it's my fault. I said my fault ? Because of damage to my Property from USPS, dude doesn't know what he's talking about. I did get package and stand by what I stated, Incompetent.

When she couldn't find the address she became unhinged! Banging on the keyboard like every stroke was just utter misery for her. Finally I told her that she was stressing me out with how stressed out she was, took my package and left. Horrendous customer service. Sad part was my son was waiting for this package at college, now it'll be delayed since she was so incompetent.
