- JGJ Carmen Martin GomezSep 19, 20251.0Today 9/18/25 Ive experienced a TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I arrived here 6:24pm they close at 6:30pm the Ethiopian guy seemed upset and rolled his eyes. I wanted to ship a box, once he finished with the weight and pricing he offered insurance for the package and told me that I can’t think too much because he was about to close, after his comment I just declined insurance and asked him to proceed with payment, he printed the label and sticked it to the box and then he said “sorry something is wrong with the computer and I can not proceed with payment come back tomorrow” he removed the sticker from the box and asked me to leave. I left the place 6:29pm and he was locking the door right after me and ran out to his car, he almost hit my car while backing up due to his rush to leave. I understand my service was requested close to the end of the day, but come on!! you can’t show your are annoyed by clients that arrive before closing even if you are! That is call CUSTOMER SERVICE , he just needed to finish with the last service and leave. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Also he refused to provide service to another lady that arrived before 6:30pm.
