- LILex IJan 3, 20261.0Came in to ship an iPhone. Let Matt, the manager, know that I needed to take a picture of my box (final package) and he refused. He said others packages are a head of me in the back. I shared I don’t want to wait and would really appreciate if he can package while I’m here given I’m the only customer physical here asking for this. He proceeded to tell me that I’m not his customer, rather Apple is. Yikes - good job taking care of the locals. If he had not been so rude and disrespectful, I would not be leaving this review.
