- CWCory WaterhouseMar 25, 20263.0I keep getting these letters from our postal worker, but I can't control who parks in front of my house. Unless you guys want to paint those curbs red I have no power or authority to tell people not to park in front of my mailbox.
- EDEmma DresselMar 14, 20261.0Absolutely terrible. The male employee who worked the front desk on 3/14/26 around 10:30am was atrocious. Very rude and demeaning. I came in with two packages - one that had prepaid shipping label and one that needed a label. He made a big deal about me not being prepared with my QR code and pre-printed address. Even though I was prepared and just needed a second to pull the QR code up on my phone. Instead of giving me a second to pull it up, he made me get out of line. I also had a letter pre-labelled with the address and needed the same address on a padded envelope. He said I needed to get out of line and write the address on the mailer, even though there were no pens to use. I had to drive home, get a pen, label the mailer and come back. Where was the bare minimum customer service? It would’ve been simple to just hand me a pen and be understanding. Absolutely atrocious and should not be employed there. Coming from someone who worked customer service for years, It does not take much to exhibit any human decency.
