  Came by here to drop off an Amazon return. 1-2-3! Was also shocked at the amount of office chairs still available at Staples that you can actually SIT on and FEEL in real time. Lots of services and things still here like custom printing (signs, banners, cards), UPS shipping, tech support (like PC repair, virus removal), passport photos, and tech recycling. And of course a bunch of office supplies you might need. Best part was being greeted by an airplane flying right over me as I headed back to my car.✈️

  I had an excellent experience at Staples, thanks to Xander in the mail and printing department. Xander was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was printed correctly, and handled the entire process with care and efficiency. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and smooth. It is clear that Xander takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Staples is very lucky to have someone as dependable, knowledgeable, and kind as Xander on their team.

  This past weekend, I visited the Staples Store in Carlsbad to purchase a graduation a gift. I selected a beautiful Samsonite Model 141271 Executive Briefcase. I received excellent service from the sales associates at this Staples location.
