- OOOmarrzOct 22, 20253.0This office has 2 drive-up drop-off mail boxes hut they are a bit awkward to access. One is hard to drive up to because of the dimensions of the parking lot. And you better be quick otherwise you'll be holding up outgoing traffic from the one-way only small parking lot. The other is only accessible through the next door parking lot, and this one is awkward because you can't continue to drive forward after you drop off. You have to go in reverse and maneuver through where you came in to exit. I just ended up parking on the street for a minute and walked up to the box. They don't have much room to work with so I understand
- JFjamie fordOct 16, 20251.0Today, 10/16, male employee with two pony tails, braided, clerk #15. treated me very poorly. He spoke to me in a very demeaning way. He kept calling me ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. Speaking loud so that all could hear. I had printed out address labels at home & brought then, since my hands don't work well. He said I had to buy the tape for them or write them in. I asked if he could help, because of my hands. He said I came unprepared. That I need to go to ups for THAT kind of help. I said ok, I will go over to counter & try to write them. He stopped me, but he made a huge deal about helping. It was awful. It was so weird for someone to behave like that. If this post office has questions, I'm sure they will be answered by watching servailance footage. He spoke so loud, I'm Sure you can hear everything he said.
