Probably because he knows he would get fired for his terrible customer service. Usually a good experience here but it bothers me when people act like this at their job.

The low rating applies specifically to one male Caucasian employee with a short beard, who insists on violently bending envelopes marked fragile to test for… what? When I finally confronted him he pulled the “can’t talk back to a federal employee” card. I’m avoiding this branch now but, if I’m short on time and go there, I only stay if there’s an alternative employee that can help me.
