I can’t remember her name but I call her giggles. In general I’ve always had a great experience with this location with all the women that work there.

I’m so tired of these shipping companies rolling out tech that doesn’t work or is cumbersome. I have no need for a UPS account, but I have one for the one time every 10 years I need it. I need to have a delivery held at a location as I’ve had delivery attempts made and I’m not home. After spending an hour on this app, updating everything, I still can’t get the package held due to errors on the app (and I tried in browser as well), and/or that I apparently have to wait until I receive some code in the mail before I can update my address. And I don’t even know if that’s actually the problem. This app and process is cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated. This shouldn’t be this hard!
