  I honestly can’t say enough good things about this UPS Store. I was in a real bind on December 30th and urgently needed a notary, and almost every other UPS store or notary I called was either closed, unavailable, or told me to come back after the holidays. This location came through when no one else did. Not only did they have a notary available, they also helped me with passport-size photos on the spot and even accepted my FedEx shipment with my label and took care of sending it out seamlessly. Everything I needed, all in one place — and done efficiently. What truly stood out, though, were the people. Courtney and Laily were absolutely wonderful — kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating. They were especially sweet and thoughtful with my toddler, which made a stressful errand so much easier. Exceptional service, warm staff, and total professionalism. I’m genuinely grateful and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this location if you want reliable help and kind humans behind the counter.

  We’re so lucky to have this as our local UPS Store. We’ve been going here for years and have always had great experiences. At one point we had a mailbox there, and we use them regularly for business printing. Everyone who works here is so kind, patient, and helpful, no matter how busy it gets (or how many Amazon returns I have…) It’s clear they really care about their customers and the community, and we genuinely love supporting this awesome local business.

  If you care about the item you are shipping, do not let this shop pack them. Was charged an arm and a leg to have rare car bumper packed and shipped and it looked like a 7 year old packed it, nothing protecting the corners which of course ripped through the single cardboard box, no foam or wrapping of any kind, and a lonely smaller hollow box which I assume was to prevent the bumper from shifting but wasnt secured at all so it didn't do its job. And on top of all that they said the box weighed 200lbs when it barely weighed 50lbs.

  This place rocks and is my “go to” spot. The staff is so efficient, kind and easy to deal with- especially with Amazon returns. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend!
