He claimed that the online system allows customers to make appointments that the store cannot support. He was very rude about conveying this information and I will not be wasting my time here again.

The young man who took the items and gave me a receipt seemed to be friendly and so I even tipped the 2 of them. He gave me the receipt and I left without looking at what was on the receipt. Just saw an email from Spectrum that only one item was returned. Checked receipt and only one serial number scanned. Terrible

They closed early, they shut everything down early, and then proceeded to tell us, a small business,that I needed to work my schedule around them. I will never, I repeat NEVER use this store. I will tell let everyone and business associates of mine know this store doesn't support customer service and has some of the most entitled selfish people in employ.
