  I have worked off and on with Robert Half since 2019. I had very unpleasant experiences with temp agencies prior to Robert Half. When I came to Robert Half that changed completely for me; I was offered excellent job placements, which gave me a wide variety of office experience that has only benefitted me in my professional life. With Robert Half's services, I was able to complete my four-year education without having to work full-time, but still paid all of my bills. My advocate, Andrea Diaz, has been a vital and very appreciated aspect of my job placements through Robert Half. Andrea has spent time talking to me on different occasions, and I believe she has tried purposefully to understand me as a person, enough to know where I would be most productive and happy in my temporary placements. The most recent placement was the best work experience I have ever had, and I am not a young woman. I feel that Andrea knew that this was going to be a great match for me, and I flourished, professionally and personally, while I was there. When my earliest advocate had made a career move from RHI, I was worried I was not going to have another advocate like her. However, when I was matched with Andrea, I felt she was gift to me. I have gone through some personal issues that could have hurt my career, but instead of allowing that to happen, Andrea came alongside of me, giving the appropriate meaning to the word "advocate", and protected me and the role I was placed in. Because of this, I did not lose that assignment; I was able to work through to it's completion. What could have hindered me long-term ended up being only a brief moment in time that is now behind me. I am thankful to Robert Half, the company, for the years of work they have provided me with, and I am so grateful for Andrea Diaz - her humanity and genuine interest in me as her client and as another person.

  Andrea and Emma would be glad they are in this review. After coming forward with a complaint to Emma Frank on a client she placed me at, Emma dismissed me and gave me Andrea to work with. Andrea knows nothing about client relationships and does not know how to apply any sort of professionalism and turns the story around to make me feel like my complaint was a lie. I came forward with abuse from a client and they did nothing to help me and lied to me about everything. What sort of training do these people actually get other than learning how to place people on cheap clients through the phone? This was embarrassing and a tactic to reduce my ability to succeed. Andrea has no place to tell me that coming forward with what I was going through and made to feel was not the way to go when I have the absolute freedom to voice however I felt because it was what happened. I had to stick up for myself and Andrea acted like a chicken with her head cut off. What a useless way to work with a professional who clearly will not work with Robert Half in the future when it comes to a client relationship, just know that.

  This agency was referred to me by someone who did have success with them. I called and left a message for a specific person to whom I was referred, and someone else called me back. I reached back out to that person, then jumped through the hoops, after which I got no response, my calls were ignored, my emails were ignored, and I believe I was basicly lied to about the "system being down". Apparently it never came back up because they still have not gotten back in touch after almost 3 weeks of waiting, leaving messages, and emailing, to complete the testing they required me to do. I am baffled by an agency that is suppposed to place professionals in important positions, being so incredibly unprofessional, non-communincative, and having zero follow up. I am highly disappointed!
