I called and left a message for a specific person to whom I was referred, and someone else called me back. I reached back out to that person, then jumped through the hoops, after which I got no response, my calls were ignored, my emails were ignored, and I believe I was basicly lied to about the "system being down". Apparently it never came back up because they still have not gotten back in touch after almost 3 weeks of waiting, leaving messages, and emailing, to complete the testing they required me to do. I am baffled by an agency that is suppposed to place professionals in important positions, being so incredibly unprofessional, non-communincative, and having zero follow up. I am highly disappointed!

Agents that avoid calls, then return your message while they have a foot out the door and don't even acknowledge the purpose of your original call. Very disappointing. This office runs on quantity and not quality.
