When I arrived at another store and it don’t have a box in stock. I am pissed off for wasted my time and gas. UPS is best for having everything in stock at any stores. FedEx sucks.

Every single time, the staff are courteous and friendly, respond quickly, and even better, they answer phone calls. You can speak to a person. Not AI. (I love AI services but sometimes they just don’t work the way we need) This place makes things easier for customers for sure. Thank you all for your great job!
