I have a post office box there my packages are never put in a bigger box and a key given to me in my box it’s always inconvenient I always have to go in during their office hours to pick up my stuff then they wanna act like it’s a big ordeal to give me my mail half the time they don’t even have it they’ve lost it. Now they suddenly have changed the lobby hours from 24 hour access to some absurd hours that aren’t even within peoples working habits. I have been unable to get my mail for a week because I work opposite hours in their lobby is not open. Worst mistake ever putting my post office box in Capitola I’m going toTransfer somewhere else that’s more accommodating.
