They've shrunk the layout, close at 9pm, and are gutting more and more of the "Kinkos" aspect that made the place great before bought by FedEx. At least the staff are friendly.

If I wanted to do that I would of. Super disappointed with this location. Went from good to poor. Very unpleasant and not happy I went through fedex.
