    Tanisha was very helpful when I lost my tracking number she found it in their system and got it to me. She is great with customers and quick at getting packages shipped.

    Went in around 11:20AM on March 21, 2025 trying to retrieve a package for my parents I had tracking for. The lady said since my ID didn’t match the address I couldn’t pick it up. I had a picture of both my parents’ ID’s that matched the packaged address, but she said it had to be mine. I asked if there was anything my parents could do on their end over the phone or online so I could pick it up and she just rudely said no only they could pick it up. She was giving off the vibe that I was massively inconveniencing her and she did not want to put an oz of effort into helping me find a solution. Avoid getting your packages delivered/held here if possible. They are no help and don’t want to work.

    Totally understaffed, avoid or show up at off peak hours or you’ll be waiting for hours. Came by at 12 to pick up a package that was held there, stuck behind 8 customers who all had complicated shipping or print needs, only ONE EMPLOYEE. 🙄 FEDEX capitola: Who knew, the lunch hour might be busy, we’ll just staff the entire store with one stressed out employee. 😩👌
