They help where they are allowed and try what they can Im actually laughing at some of these reviews, these people arnt live customer service reps for lost packages. They box, and do printing orders. The drivers are responsible for delivery, not them. I can say every employee is calm, collected, and nice. Let them go on about their day. If you dont like it, just go use USPS or UPS guys. You come back because they’re actually nice and care.

I can't believe the old manager was replaced by THAT guy! Would not honor any discount on misquoted order. What a clown. Does not understand customers. Also, who decided to put him in this position? Unbelievable! Will not return until better manager in place. Going to see Los Gatos location from now on as Capitola and Santa Cruz locations are total jokes.
- TBtheSTYLEtti blogFeb 7, 20261.0I am out thousands of dollars of designer clothing and shoes thanks to this office!!! I had a package sent from Milan to Capitola. The office in Italy forgot to specify the suite number for the Capitola UPS store where I rent a box. The package was delivered and signed for - but the UPS store didn’t receive it. Fair enough - a mistake was made. But FedEx did NOTHING!! My husband went to the Capitola FedEx office three times to ask about it. They just told us to file a claim. The delivery guy had three different stories for the people at the UPS store: 1) he delivered to the UPS store and the person who signed for it was there - (nobody there has that first initial nor last name) 2) he delivered to Joslyn at UPS (she didn’t work that day, and 3) he never had the tracking number in his log (never in his truck??) IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE IT WAS DELIVERED! FedEx puts tracking devices in their packages. They could find out where it was and where it has been. Yet, they refused to give us this information. SUPER NEGLIGENT! Be very very careful with this FedEx department.
