- BJBree JuolaJun 26, 20171.0Their employees are nice at times, however this isn't the case. When I was told the package I sent out over a week ago suppose to arrive in Pennsylvania on the twentieth. It's just arriving there today. Thank god I keep in contact with my client about this problem. I make handmade plush dolls and do commissions, and getting the package to the customer on the day it's suppose to be on along with giving them the tracking number in case a problem like this ever happens. Plus I've tried doing their survey site it won't work for beans. And my family wondered why I go to San Clemente, at least they know what their doing over there instant of this lazy snails pace they call a post office.
