  Beware! Brought our vacuums in. Said they could fix them. We even paid $800 up front for them to fix three vacuums. We legit kept calling for updates. And they would never return my call. I thought I messed up trusting these people and I was tight. I called again and again for an update. Then finally 2 months later after numerous calls and leaving my number with many people to call me back. They call me and tell me after 2 months of keeping our vacuums that they cannot fix them after all. They charged us for the parts even though they couldn’t even fix them, couldn’t even call us back and messed up numerous times. Some of the worst customer service. Do not recommend ever taking anything here for service or purchasing from them.

  The worst customer service in the world I physically carried a refrigerator in from my car so the guy make sure the box will fit around the refrigerator I have to ship back so he measures it and it barely fits in the box he says he has a bigger one but it'll slosh around I said that's fine I got styrofoam that it came with I'll make it work while I wasn't looking he snuck outside and I paid for the box a real estate that was $10 and phone corners to another like 20 bucks it was 30 something dollars 36 bucks I walked out to my car went to put the thing in the box and realized what he did walk back in and he wouldn't he wanted me to buy another box not give me a bigger one and then I told you I wanted to return everything because I have no use to it because you still be a box that doesn't fit and he won't return it it's only store credit so the guy sent me something that was the wrong size on purpose and then wouldn't give me my money back the guy just ripped me off
