- SJSydney JadeDec 23, 20251.0Beware! Brought our vacuums in. Said they could fix them. We even paid $800 up front for them to fix three vacuums. We legit kept calling for updates. And they would never return my call. I thought I messed up trusting these people and I was tight. I called again and again for an update. Then finally 2 months later after numerous calls and leaving my number with many people to call me back. They call me and tell me after 2 months of keeping our vacuums that they cannot fix them after all. They charged us for the parts even though they couldn’t even fix them, couldn’t even call us back and messed up numerous times. Some of the worst customer service. Do not recommend ever taking anything here for service or purchasing from them.

Scott and Nelson and the team at Local Janitorial are always there when you need them. They repair as well as sell top of the line vacuums and cleaning supplies. We purchased our Sebo vacuum from Scott 7 years ago. We’ve had it serviced throughout the years from time to time to keep the machine in top shape. When I need to clean my home and right now I'm super focused on cleaning, I go see Scott and Nelson. They have the products and know how to keep my home clean and my family safe. It's worth the stop when we're back in town. Great products great service great people!
