Came to drop off a package 30mins before closing, showed the African American Lady behind the counter the USPS Return Label that was emailed through my phone, she saw it & said “we don’t do print outs & it seems there’s no QR Code so it can’t be scanned” “you would have to go somewhere else to print out the Label” “FEDEX can Print out the Label for a $1” “once you get the label just scan the package at the Kiosk & slip it in the slot & you’re all set” Was leaving upset & stressed out when the African American Lady said “oh & we’re closing in 30 minutes” Ended up going to UPS instead where they were more than helpful with printing out my Return Label & told me that I could just leave the package with them & they’ll take care of the rest. My impression was that the African American Lady was just too lazy to deal with me because it was almost closing time! USPS Soledad Canyon in Canyon Country was such an inconvenience & the Return Package was meant to be dropped off with them, how can it be so hard to be helpful? Never have I had to deal with such inconvenience, laziness, unhelpful & worst customer service in a USPS Business. Never coming here again.
