- BUBrad UncensoredSep 24, 20151.0Very sneaky and bad ethics. They told me I could open a po box for 6 months and close it out and get a prorated refund. I tied to close it out and they said if you go one day over 3 months you can't get a refund. They conveniently forgot to mention that when up selling me to the six month plan. The post office will continue to struggle with these ethics. I opened up a new box at a third party company and am enjoying my service
