When I first moved to West Hills almost a year ago, some of my packages got held up at this location, and I will be the first to say the vibe, attitude, and overall customer experience were lackluster to say the least. This morning I got a notification that a package was held at this location rather than my neighborhood West Hills office, and when I tell you I was dreading going to pick it up, it’s not an over-exaggeration. Then I walked in, and it felt like I was at a completely different post office. The vibe was kind, the attitudes were friendly, and the overall experience was super helpful. I don’t know who or what turned this location around, but they definitely deserve a raise. And a special thank you to Roger for going above and beyond today. I thought this package was lost for good, but it’s clear that not all heroes wear capes!
