I always have tracking information so that I can see when to expect incoming FedEx packages, so the delivering driver is always stated. If I have Jesus as a delivery person, I know my package will get to my door (thank you, Jesus!). I've seen a couple other drivers that also deliver to me, but Jesus is just the most frequent so his name is being mentioned. Now, Eduardo? Forget it. I see his name and I know my package is not arriving. It's like he does not even try to deliver. He just sees an apartment complex and keeps on driving by. Not once has he ever delivered my packages to me or TRIED to. I live in an apartment complex and if he has trouble locating me, there is a call box or a leasing office and he makes no attempts. Simply just does not deliver my package. Amazon leaves everything at my door, UPS leaves packages at my door, and every other driver at FedEx other than Eduardo leaves packages at my door. So, I do not believe it is an access issue. I believe it is a lazy worker issue. And every time Eduardo does not want to do his job, I am unable to do mine. Maybe FedEx can give me his information so I can direct bill him for the income he costs me every time he makes the choice to be lazy and not deliver my packages for work. Ridiculous. I'd also like to mention - I work from home. I can hear if someone knocks on my door and attempts to deliver. Never a knock, door note, call, nothing.
