- YZywd zhai1 day ago5.0Clear instructions and great service. I went for a passport appointment today, at the time I entered the room, the staff gave clear instructions on where is the waiting area. The whole process happened in a private space, it was fast and efficient, the staff is experienced and caring as well.

For the post office website walk-ins for passport services are taken here and the hours of operation start at 9 AM. Appointments were at least a month out. Was planning to walk in to get a passport today at all my documentation Reddy got there at 9 AM and found a handwritten note stating that only five walk-ins taken per day and in order to be one of those five you must add your name to a paper list in the lobby on a clipboard. That clipboard is put out every morning at 6 AM. I understand the ask from the post office but wish this would’ve been something I could have found on the website as I took a day off of work and now I can’t get a passport for my kid.
