  I visited this Staples location at 500 E Hamilton Ave, Campbell, CA on April 9, 2026 around 9:35 AM and had a disappointing experience with customer service. As a first-time user of the self-service fax machine, I asked a staff member for help with faxing three documents. She gave verbal instructions but did not come over to assist, so I decided to try and figure it out on my own to avoid bothering her. I then approached a group of three employees and asked if someone could help me. One employee told me to go back to the first staff member. When I explained that I had already asked her, he responded, “So are we.” This felt dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, the same employee came over and helped me with the first document, and I completed the rest myself. I still thanked them and apologized for the inconvenience. I understand that employees may be busy, but basic customer support—especially for first-time users—should be part of the service. A more attentive and approachable attitude would have made a big difference. I hope management can improve the level of customer service at this location.

  The printing staff is always friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. I've used their services for posters and document printing, and also use the self printing. The work has always accurate. the staffing in the store seems to be minimal but the printing department is well worth any wait. 100 satisfied with the store's printing department

  Two weeks ago I visited Staples website to print my business cards, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a printing service. From the moment I order, the process was smooth, professional, and very welcoming. After all the process I went to the store personally. What truly made the experience stand out was the customer service at the location. Yadhira, who helped me at the store, went above and beyond my expectations. Her patience, kindness, and genuine effort to make everything easy and comfortable made a huge difference. She took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the process, and make sure everything came out exactly the way I needed. It’s rare to encounter someone who cares so much about helping customers, and Yadhira’s dedication really shows. Because of her support, the entire experience felt stress-free and enjoyable. I’m very happy to continue using Staples for my business needs, and it’s employees like Yadhira who make the company stand out. Thank you for having such hardworking and caring staff who truly make customers feel valued.
