- TTTextile2ClothesSep 3, 20251.0Customer service Ruined my day. The guy is super rude. I asked how I can send stuff to him and he said I need to weight first. Didn’t try to help me and I asked where I can weight and told me I can do it here. Can’t he willingly say it from the beginning? Then at the end, I got the paper to fill out the contents and was told “you can do it online and print out” then I just said “ I will bring it home and do it cause I don’t have a printer at home” he said “NOBODY IS ASKING IF YOU HAVE PRINTER AT HOME” and the lady worker who was next to him laughs at me together. At the end he asked me how was the customer service ? Are you satisfied? I’m like no way. How can you even ask like that? So rude. Don’t ever wanna go back. He would say NOBODY IS ASKING YOU TO COME BACK 😏😏 This is the second time I was treated so bad, don’t go there, if you get to read this. Go the one in downtown Campbell, the guy there is nice and kind and willing to help you

They even tracked down a package that was marked 'return to sender ' for me in a matter of 16 hours and had it waiting for me at 9am. A great group of people doing their job top notch !
