- TGTrevor Gartner6 days ago1.0Passport service notice: In all other ways, there’s nothing wrong with this post office. For the post office website walk-ins for passport services are taken here and the hours of operation start at 9 AM. Appointments were at least a month out. Was planning to walk in to get a passport today at all my documentation Reddy got there at 9 AM and found a handwritten note stating that only five walk-ins taken per day and in order to be one of those five you must add your name to a paper list in the lobby on a clipboard. That clipboard is put out every morning at 6 AM. I understand the ask from the post office but wish this would’ve been something I could have found on the website as I took a day off of work and now I can’t get a passport for my kid.
- JHJavid HosseiniFeb 23, 20261.0Full of lies. Terrible communication about passport walk-ins. The website says 8-9 walk-ins are available. We were there at 8:45. However, there is a clipboard that says sign up available at 6am. (No communication until you actually walk in) Random notes everywhere on walls written by markers so that they can keep their upper hand. For example, “all documents are needed copies money order before appointment” and when I tried to get money order from THEM they said it has to happen during appointment! On top of that, they were also selective about who to help. We were there with an infant at 8:45, and a guy came after us a teenage probably, they helped him and not us. Another employee asked us to wait maybe someone does not show up for their appointment (thank you my guy). Then, the lady came to see if there is somebody with an appointment and no one was there except us. She gave us a side eye and went back. We waited for 1+ hours NO ONE WITH AN APPOINTMENT SHOWED UP. And no one helped us. Then they said you’re not guaranteed to be seen. After torturing our infant for 2 hours and so many lies and inconsistencies we just gave up. This place does not know the basics of appointments and human interaction.

When the box I sent arrived at its destination, all that remained was the same box but in it was a message saying "We Care" from USPS but nothing in my package. The part was gone. It was either lost or stolen through their facility. Not using there services next time. Highly upset and disappointed. Would give zero stars if possible.
