LiDec 15, 20251.0My online order came with 2 separate boxes, they left one of them at my door side but decided to keep the other one in the ups store, then left a sticker of “we missed you” at random place on the gate fence. Then when we realize the package is missing parts and sound the sticker, we came to the store and they told us the package was returned to the sender. To be clear, we have people in the house everyday, so I don’t know why they missed us, and why the other box was delivered. They did not try to do it at least one more time. We did not even know there is a sticker. Now I have to deal with all those refund and missing package stuff and answer the question of why only part is missing while the other is fine and need to be shipped back again during the holiday season.

While waiting and minding your own business you get a healthy dose of attitude from the employee yelling, “if you’re dropping off Amazon packages use the kiosk, I’m not saying it again”. Now I get working under pressure isn’t easy but there’s no need for the attitude or yelling at customers. If a customer was being rude, that’s understandable but everyone was patiently waiting and getting yelled at every 5 minutes. NO ONE has to forcefully use the kiosk for Amazon packages, you can suggest it but don’t demand it that’s just rude. Manger should really rethink about letting the new employee work solo when it was very clear that they had to call the manger a few times to get one transaction done. More training = less stressed out employee = faster service.
