- BWBrian WilliamsFeb 16, 20261.0I returned several items to Amazon at this UPS store. Amazon is saying most of those items were not received, or they received the wrong item! Amazon charged me for those items and I don't have them any more. Now, who is going to refund me? Avoid this store. I suspect that the lost items might be due to one of the young employees who is making personal calls on her cell phone while working. She doesn't stop talking to her boyfriend, and looks super annoyed at the customers. She makes the customers wait while she talks to this guy. The returns are thrown haphazardly into a pile - no wonder they are getting lost.

In store, another employee lied about being the supervisor saying "I can be the supervisor". Clearly covering for the other lady. This place is a joke. The staff visibly appear miserable there. I've overheard them talking together about personal matters while helping customers. I'm sure they have other problems they are dealing with but most of us do and we keep it together at work. Try that some time.

LiDec 15, 20251.0My online order came with 2 separate boxes, they left one of them at my door side but decided to keep the other one in the ups store, then left a sticker of “we missed you” at random place on the gate fence. Then when we realize the package is missing parts and sound the sticker, we came to the store and they told us the package was returned to the sender. To be clear, we have people in the house everyday, so I don’t know why they missed us, and why the other box was delivered. They did not try to do it at least one more time. We did not even know there is a sticker. Now I have to deal with all those refund and missing package stuff and answer the question of why only part is missing while the other is fine and need to be shipped back again during the holiday season.
