To be disrespected by the person behind the counter was not ok. He ignored her when she walked in and was doing something else. He did not have good customer service at all and was very rude. Not sure if it was because she was a young adult or a woman, but his attitude towards her was not ok. My daughter was in tears when she got back to the car. I had to go in and have a chat. Let him know he needs to be more mindful of how he treats others and have better customer service.
- MXMichelle XiaoJul 15, 20251.0Save yourself time and NEVER go to this store! This store still has COVID policy of not allowing more than 3 ppl inside the room. I had to wait outside under 95F+ with my huge box when I have my QR code ready to scan which will only take less than 2 min. But because of this policy, the store is running inefficiently. One lady was on phone for 10min+ inside the store and holding that spot. Another gentle man was having poor signal to pull out his barcode to scan took 10min+. The other lady did not even need staff help! she was just checking the mailbox. The staff could have just serve other customers while there was an open counter at the time. The staff with a huge black mask was extremely rude to me! Apparently he was disappointed by me looking into the glass door to check when would it be my turn. He refused to pull his scanner closer to my phone when there was stuff blocking me from getting closer to the counter, and just said "closer" in a very impatience and rude tone. Then he started teasing my behavior by saying "no body looks into the door like that." I did not want to bother with this miserable staff and just left. But I felt extremely being treated disrespectful and discriminated by his behavior. Someone should look into this sever issue and make sure you properly train your staffs.
