- KLKathy LongOct 14, 20251.0It's been a day and a half now since I put in my online order. No word from them other than an email confirmation when I purchased it, and they don't pick up the phone. I've tried multiple times and was on hold for 15 minutes each time before I gave up. I tried multiple departments. When I finally got hold of them on day 3 because I called when they first opened, they said my order was ready the same day. But I got no notification and when I logged in, it always just said "processing." My guess is someone ran the order and forgot to mark it done which would have triggered a text message to me. They need to train their staff better, but, more importantly, they need to pick up the phone. Staples is also a lot more expensive than OfficeDepot for large printing jobs. I only used them because I needed 4 prints and they were closer. I've had really good experiences with Staples' printing service in the past. Maybe they need to revisit their processes.
