  I would strongly recommend avoiding this UPS Store at all costs. I’ve never experienced such a frustrating combination of hidden fees and unprofessional service. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a drawn-out process filled with random, unnecessary charges that were never clearly explained upfront. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns in regards to the fees Instead of helping, they acted annoyed by basic questions and made the whole experience feel like a burden. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. There are plenty of other places to handle shipping and printing—save yourself the headache, wasted time, and extra money and go somewhere else.   Five stars for Maria. Very professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful. She made sure my important documents were processed perfectly and had a great attitude the whole time. Best UPS store in the area.

  If you need anything shipped or processed quickly, ask for Maria. I was dealing with a stressful, strict-deadline legal mailing today, and she handled the entire process with total professionalism. She made sure my documents were processed, sealed, and out the door exactly the way they needed to be. Five-star service all the way around. Thank you, Maria!

  Maria at this Cameron Park location is an absolute lifesaver. I was on a massive time crunch dealing with some highly sensitive, time-sensitive legal documents that had to go out immediately. Maria stepped right up, handled the mailing process flawlessly, and helped me get everything signed and sealed without a hitch. Incredible customer service, fast, and professional. She is the reason I will keep coming back to this location.

  Consumer beware.. I don’t know if the ownership or management or maybe both have recently changed but I will never use this location again. 3 of the last 4 times I’ve used this location they have tried to up charge me or changed a shipment to seperate boxes and charge more for added shipments. They will not tape anything anymore to help the customer out but they have plenty of overpriced tape for purchase oh no wait they were out today. Followed by I’m sorry we don’t recommend taping two boxes together even tho I had a prepaid return label to return my boxes the way they showed up. So they wouldn’t tape the two boxes back together so the label would cover the shipment, instead they wanted me to pay more for another label to ship the second box. Customer service goes a long way and this place has none. I’d recommend using Placerville or any other location.
