- SDSteve DMar 13, 20261.0Got a message from the postal carrier that they were unable to deliver my package because my box was locked and they could not open it. The fact is this: my mailbox is a regular mailbox with no code needed to enter it or drop off a package. The package was miraculously delivered the next day in the same box that they claimed they had no access to. I know the post office is short handed but why lie? I've lost all trust in the post office. By looking at the reviews, the last thing you needed was another 1 star review. To date out of your 23 reviews, 14 are rated 3 stars or less. Not very good Cambria USPS. So let me update my review. Today is Friday March 13th (yes I know what your thinking) and I was outside working and saw the postal carrier drive right by my mailbox without stopping to deliver my handsize package in the box. That was around 4pm. Now I get an email that they could not deliver it today because they ran into an issue while trying to deliver it. They have had the package since 7:30 am this morning. Another failure on the Cambria Post Office!

Brenda told me she did not have time to look for a package that said it was being held for pickup at their facility, because they had a line after I had waited 15 minutes. She then blamed me for not having it shipped to our P.O. Box I informed her that sometimes Amazon ships directly to our house , and sometimes if they use usps it gets held at the post office. I waited until the place was empty and asked if she had time now she looked for less than two minutes, I doubt she even looked. Terrible customer service rude, incompetent, and condescending. This is why United States postal service is a waste of tax payer money.

I have lived in many places and have always had excellent service at the Post Office and from the postal person.In Cambria they could care less. They are for the most part on there way out and don't care. Are they not a public servant? - well kiss there a__ or you won't get served.
