- RJRonni JeanDec 14, 20251.0To start, I’ve never had a good experience here but it’s the only fedex near by. I’d rather drive to Ventura or TO to print than come back here. First off, the stuff is clueless. Zero customer service, asks a million questions for the most simple task and still can’t figure it out. Then-I’ve been charged asinine prices for two pictures that ended up being scratched and couldn’t be used. Now they’re trying to charge me $15 to print 2 4x6 photos because they stated they had to “enhance and resize” and they can’t be printed in a 4x6. IVE ALREADY PRINTED THESE BEFORE. I have zero idea what the issue is with understanding the most simple request while fully over charging. Lost my business, I’ll never go back, it’s not worth the money and frustration.
