It does get somewhat busy at times, but for the most part it's a smooth in and out motion so you can get what you need to do it the way! The employee members are pretty friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated.
- TETony EJun 25, 20251.0The clerks are rude, unhelpful, monotone, and didn’t provide any solutions to my problem. I just wanted to ship an item without the prepaid paper getting damaged. The supervisor is also a joke and I can see why the clerks operate the way they do. Apparently Resealable Adhesive Shipping sleeves (which can be bought on Amazon but are not offered by USPS. See photo for example of what I was asking for) are not allowed to be used on domestic packages and only allowed for international. Furthermore, they don’t offer a piece of tape and therefore I had to buy a whole role to tape the pre-paid shipping label to the box, which is why I asked for the adhesive shipping sleeve.
