  Horrible employees and had multiple issues with this UPS. This store should be shut down. First they want to charge you for tape and to print labels for Amazon returns $2+ each. And last time I went there they put the wrong labels on the wrong packages and eneded up costing me money and allot of headache with Amazon. Never again. Go to another UPS store. You have been warned.

  Poor customer service. Today, the employee(s) closed the store/counter early (well before the store's published closing time). Yesterday, the employee(s) stopped serving customers left in the store at exactly 6:30 pm (on the dot). I only had a few amazon return items left to scan, which should have taken 2 to 3 minutes for the store associate to complete. Instead, I was asked to take my remaining 3 to 4 items and come back another day. All of this can be verified be watching surveillance video. If it is the owner's intent for his/her employee's to leave at exactly 6:30 pm, then he/she should consider changing the closing time to 6 pm or 6:15 pm. As we get into the thick of the holiday shipping season, I would hate to see other people who arrive before the published closing time turned away and unable to send their packages because the employees just want to go home a bit earlier. I worked in retail for years and this would have never flown at my stores. When you work in retail, you know what you are getting into when you take the job.

  Just left the UPS store. I find most of the staff friendly and courteous. The one exception is the young lady with red-ish hair who is working this morning. No greeting, when I said "Thanks" as I was leaving she asked, "What did you say?" When I said "Thank you", she did not reply. I am a regular customer and do find ALL the other employees are wonderful. Not sure why this person seems to have a problem with me. This is not the first time I have felt her rude vibe.

  The young woman at the register was very rude and unprofessional. She looked visibly frustrated when the barcode on my label wouldn’t scan. When I tried to help, she abruptly moved the paper out of my reach in a rude manner and, in a curt tone, told me to “go to the counter” because she was moving to another one since the scanner wasn’t working. She didn’t smile, make eye contact, or show any basic courtesy. I’ve noticed other reviews mentioning the same rude behavior, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Maybe because it’s a franchise, they don’t feel the need to uphold proper customer service standards — but they should. Really disappointing experience.
