I waited in line for over 30 minutes at the print & copy center, and there was only one employee working. I mentioned that I just had a quick question about same-day availability to print some flyers, but I was never helped. The only employee spent more than half an hour assisting one customer while the rest of us waited with no additional staff coming to help. I eventually had to leave because it was getting late and no one else ever showed up. They definitely need more staff it’s unreasonable for one person to handle the entire department alone.
