    Gene was helpful. I came in early the day after Christmas with last minute cards to print.. I can tell they were busy but she was kind, offered great service and got me exactly what I needed. Thank you!

    To start, I’ve never had a good experience here but it’s the only fedex near by. I’d rather drive to Ventura or TO to print than come back here. First off, the stuff is clueless. Zero customer service, asks a million questions for the most simple task and still can’t figure it out. Then-I’ve been charged asinine prices for two pictures that ended up being scratched and couldn’t be used. Now they’re trying to charge me $15 to print 2 4x6 photos because they stated they had to “enhance and resize” and they can’t be printed in a 4x6. IVE ALREADY PRINTED THESE BEFORE. I have zero idea what the issue is with understanding the most simple request while fully over charging. Lost my business, I’ll never go back, it’s not worth the money and frustration.

    They have great staff. I've never had a problem they can't solve. I keep my printing expense money on one of their cards, and when it needed a refill they took the time to walk me through the process to refill the card. Machines are always up, and if anyone is waiting they ask if they can speed things up from behind the counter. Another nice thing is their clean bathroom. It may not seem important, but it's a comfort to know they have one for their customers if needed
