When I asked follow up questions, he rushed me off the phone saying he believed he answered my question and there's nothing they could do if it became dead mail- to which I understood. I guess if they have an in person customers they want to prioritize them. His lack of custom service and providing clarity in addressing my concerns is what I'm reviewing. It's difficult to accept the "dead mail and sent to return address answer" if I'm then asking about size of the mail (which was a large postcard) and coverage of stamp.
