- JHJuanita HuertaDec 14, 20251.0My package was delivered to the post office on the 12th. I was out of town so I sent my sister to get the package. But was told that she didn’t see a yellow slip. Which she needs in order for her to receive the package at the front desk. Some how someone got my yellow slip and got the package at 4pm. Which I thought it was my sister. Once I got home late Friday she told me she didn’t get it. Now I have to wait till Monday to go to the post office to find out who has my package. Has anyone experienced this before???

I ASK CLEARK AND WAS DENID WHEN BEFOR HE EVEN HADED ME MY MAIL, KNOW THEY WANT TO GO BY PROTOCOL AND I UNDERSTAND. BUT WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO POST HEADMASTER I COULD HERE THEY WERE LAUGHING AT ME. WHEN CONFRONTED SHE SAID "OH" THE ROOM IS BIG MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WAS LAUGHING, HOW RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER PART! I TOLD HER I WAS LISTENING IGNORE ME AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT IT. WHY DOES THE HEADMASTER TREATS CLIENTS OR EVEN POSSIBLE CLIENTS THAT WAY? WHEN I TOLD HERE I WAS GETTING MY MAIL WITHOUT A KEY "SHE" STATED I DON'T EVEN WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THAT NICELY DONE CALIPATRIA POST HEADMASTER THANKS FOR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
