I am just in disbelief of the way they talk to you, I understand it’s a post office but come on I did not deserve attitude when I was asking politely, really ruined my day.
- ESEdward S.May 23, 20241.0Terrible service!! Packages and letter mail continues to be delivered to wrong addresses. Larger Package mail stuffed into our little mail box opening so that content sometimes gets damaged when it should have been delivered to the larger package box that requires a postal box key. There seems to be a different mail carrier person everyday. Postal carriers continually on their phones while delivering the mail into the individual address boxes. My wife and I have spoken to the postmaster on several occasions about these issues and more. Maybe it's time to privatize the postal service where that business can hire good people who want to work and they care about their quality of work and service. To the United States Postal Service Calimesa branch. I say that you should be embarrassed!!
