It has been a three straight days and from the looks of it, nobody in my neighborhood is receiving their mail here in California City, CA.

There is absolutely no consistency to their hours of operation or their levels of competency/customer service. I pay $210.00 a year for my post office box, it was $60.00 a year when I first got it, the amount goes up $10 or more every year, and when I get a notice that I have to go to their counter to pick something up that they didn't put in my box, they are randomly closed in the middle of the day for an hour and a half or they've closed early for the day, despite having posted hours of 9:30AM - 4:30PM M-F and 10AM - 2PM on SAT. They have also told me that they delivered my $200 Amazon package to the wrong post office box and after making me wait a week to see if that person would bring back the package, they didn't want to give me a letter to give to Amazon so I could get a refund when my package didn't show back up. Employee Alicia is especially slow and rude.
