    I’ve been a customer at this UPS Store for several years because it’s local and convenient for me. The other employees here have always been very kind and helpful, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, most of my interactions with the owner/manager have been negative, and over time the tone has seemed to get worse rather than better. During my most recent visit I was returning several items from different platforms (Amazon and others). As soon as I stepped up to the counter, the owner asked if I only had one return. I explained that I had multiple returns and was navigating on my phone to pull up the different return codes. Instead of giving me a moment, he began questioning whether I was processing them right there and rushing me while I toggled between apps. At one point he scolded me and said, “You’re lucky we aren’t busy.” The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable. When customers have multiple returns from different platforms, it can take a moment to pull up each code, even when everything is prepared. What was especially frustrating is that I have personally waited in line at this location for 10 minutes or more while transactions were handled slowly, and I have always been patient and respectful during those situations. Returns are a normal service offered by UPS Stores, and customers should be able to complete them without feeling rushed or spoken to harshly. As a long-time customer, this experience was disappointing. I hope the owner reflects on how customers are being addressed at this location. The UPS brand represents professionalism and customer service, and interactions like this fall short of that expectation.

    They do a grate job here. Friendly, respectful, and cheerful! You can tell they enjoy their work. Fast sercice, Clean place and organized! David and Joe are the best!!.

    The team at this location are superb - they work QUICK (which I find is not always the case at other shipping companies) and they are very friendly. Always welcome you with a smile and ready to assist with whatever your needs, no matter how complicated. And they care about the customer and doing their best to ensure you are properly taken care of. Highly recommend this location and team!

    I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at the UPS Store in Calabasas as a disable person. The owner, Joe, consistently shows a negative attitude toward me with his look , whenever I come in to drop off a package. Today I finally asked if something was wrong. He directly looked at my eyes and rudly said, that he wants me to be “faster,” even though I always come prepared with my box and barcode ready. Meanwhile, I’ve seen him spend a significant amount of time helping other customers with things like address changes, which is completely understandable — but I was simply dropping off a labeled package. The way I’ve been treated feels rushed and unwelcoming. No customer should feel pressured or spoken to that way when they are prepared and simply dropping off a shipment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. His angry, rude attitude and unprofessional act, specially with disabled person is not exceptable. We deserve better service here. He needs to remember that we are the only reason he is in business.

    Joe and his staff were incredibly responsive, they understood the time-sensitive nature of my needs and delivered with precision. They were consistent, professional, kind, and went out of their way to provide incredible customer service.
