And today a truck was blocking all the spots. I circled for 10 minutes before I left and traveled Sherman way to the post office with ample parking

The female employee told me she couldn’t help me with my refund, I would have to go to the canoga office. (I had my original receipt etc.) Me: “delivered by ______ or money back guaranteed. *Guaranteed*. Those are very clear words not to stand behind.” Fellow customer: “Amen, sister!” Woman, with an unapologetic huge smile: “Well Im not gonna help you. You’ll have to go somewhere else.” In true post office form, I left very frustrated and without good service. I’ll stick to UPS in the future.
