It worked out exactly as planned. He called me when the package arrived at his store and then when it was picked up. Thank you David. Rarely do things go the way you hope they will. Bravo!

I asked him to please give them space and that I felt uncomfortable he was just hovering standing staring at them. I come in ALL THE TIME. He 100% lost a customer today and I will be going to the Agoura Hills location from now on.

- SPSergio PeñaJun 1, 20251.0I came here on a Sunday since the Kanan UPS store (which is always great) was closed. The line was long, and Tory was moving incredibly slow. While waiting, I looked at some packing supplies near the register. He suddenly yelled at me to get back in line and not touch anything until it was my turn completely loud and unnecessary, especially in front of my 11-year-old daughter. When we finally got to the counter, he immediately started interrogating me about the contents of the box like as if I was shipping a kilo of powder. I explained my daughter crochets custom animals for military kids with deployed parents and records YouTube videos for the families. Instead of helping, he dismissed it, said UPS would be “too expensive,” and told me to go to USPS not even without checking a single price. No weighing, no scanning, no real service. He didn’t treat other customers prior to me this way. Whether it was profiling or just bad service, It was a terrible experience. The Kanan store is respectful and professional—this one isn’t.
