Mailed a package to my cousin from this location. Roland was the mail clerk, he was funny and professional. He made mailing the package super easy. The post office was clean, there was lots of parking beside and in front of the building. There are post boxes in the main section of the building, and through another door is the quaint postal service's portion. It was super easy to mail a package from this location. We were there at 1:15 on Friday May 30th, and there was no line up. One person was leaving when we arrived.

Service here is trash. They had me sign an annual form to keep my PO Box and because I work 7am to 4pm Monday-Friday; I am not able to drop it off. I asked my roommate if he could drop it off for me and he said that they couldn’t take it but I could go on Saturday. My husband happen to call off work that same week and I asked he could drop it off. We share a utility bill that shows both our names on the slip but they couldn’t accept it and was giving my husband a hard time. My husband said the Asian gentleman said I could drop it off Saturday if I knock on the side door. I’m a reasonable person so I said okay that’s fine. Come Saturday, I knock on the side door and the lady yelled “were closed!” In response I told her that I needed to drop off a form they wanted me to turn in. She told me I had to come back Monday, I explained to her I can’t because I work almost the same hours as theirs without commute. She still was resisting any type of service, I finally told her that the gentleman told my husband I can drop this form off on Saturday if I knock on the door. The lady finally opens the door and told me she can make copies but wouldn’t guarantee me a receipt. All in all, the lady was rude the whole time and so is everyone else that works there. I’m beyond angry with them and how they fail to accommodate anyone. I’m doing what they wanted me to do and if they want to avoid any type of inconvenience then stop making people fill out annual forms. I don’t want to sign them just as much as they won’t accept them.
