We applied for my sons passport and payed for express shipping and still has not arrived and when I asked a simple question about it they are answer simple and short not helpful whatsoever!!! Also pay for my PO box and Ive lost several packages that were confirmed to be dropped off at my PO box… just horrible. ZERO stars

I went in there earlier this month to ship something internationally for my employers business and asked the young woman if she could help me change something on the address. The manager overheard, walked up and gave her two cents very rude and did not want to help me nor have the younger girl help me or figure out a solution to my problem. Second incident. My mother went in there to pay her box and the manager didn’t even let her finish explaining what she went in for. Very rudely she said she didn’t speak Spanish and that my mom didn’t have the correct paper work. Instead of helping my mom and explaining what information was needed (WHICH IS HER JOB AND WHAT SHE IS BEING PAID FOR). The population in this town is 90% Hispanic. If you don’t speak Spanish hire a translator. You’re not there for free, you’re there to provide a service you’re being paid for. Multiple people have complained about this lady I don’t understand why she has not been fired.
