If you have ever done this you know that the process of applying for a passport is filled with many details and that it can be frustrating, especially if you forget a document. We were helped by Carlyn, a wonderful lady who was able to patiently and accurately validate our documents. She made sure everything was ship shape. She went far above and beyond my expectations and I am thankful for her work and the overall design and efficiency of this post office. I would like to thank Carlyn and the management for running a post office with such precision and care. Other post offices should take note.
