- DBDeborah Benton5 days ago3.0Ok. I would have given a higher rating, however, you NEED TO ANSWER YOUR BLOODY PHONE!!! Carrier left the cluster boxes on Park wide open. Tried to call, but, you guessed it...no one answered! I was on my way to go get my mom out of the hospital, but had to wait for the Sherrif because that's the only people who do answer their phones. A neighbor had to physically go to the office to get someone to fix this issue. You have people's mail in full view of anyone who goes by. Make a change to whatever silly procedure you have.
