- VSVadim SarokaDec 8, 20251.0This is only the second 1-star review I’ve ever written in my life, but I feel I have to warn others. I’ve tried using this USPS location about 4–5 times over the last four years, and not a single attempt has been successful. Whenever I return an Amazon package, I reuse the original box or plastic bag—remove the old label, attach the new one, and that’s it. Every other USPS location accepts it without any issue. But at this location, the same lady always refuses to take it, telling me the package is “not secure” and that I need to buy a box or an envelope. Funny thing is, when I take the exact same package to another USPS office, they accept it immediately, and I’ve never had a return go missing. I tolerated the previous failed visits, but today was the last straw. My success rate at this location is literally 0%. Even my wife had issues here—she managed to get a package accepted only about 30% of the time. If you need to ship or return anything, I strongly suggest driving a little farther to a different USPS location. At least there, your package will be accepted on the first try. I’m never coming back here again.
