The most WONDERFUL ROSIE. only one, knows us, our names, etc., met up with her on street, introduced ourselves, told her we hate when she’s on vacation, don’t get things, wrong mail in mailboxes, etc., Never get our information on activities, the big guide, gazette every three months, into our boxes. Now important, what happened to mail pickup of my IRS payment, sent out on 9/28/22? Now must stop pay, resend now very late, get flack from them. Guess I’ll put them on auto pay! Ridiculous! Going to that office on Primrose to complain, see reviews, slow, long lines, prepared, in no hurry, retired. Feel for those I see lost packages, etc., If we do not complain to the government website, make formal complaint, nothing will change! Do it! I am. Hate that the convenient Lurton office, closed for a museum? Guess important to preserve history, but look what we got left with, slovenly government employees, just waiting to retire, benefits excellent I understand, Rosie near retirement, using large chunks of accrued vacation, or lose it? Dumb but not new. She will be sorely missed by my neighborhood when that day comes. File complaints people!!! Don’t waste time, try, but didn’t work last few days, toll free complaint line, bump bomp all I get, know what that means don’t you? Don’t want to hear from US citizens wanting thier mail. Child of 50s, no cars, jeeps, walking mailperson, always same time, day, busy days of month a little late, but always came. Good day all. Write call yell at idiots!
